Yes. We start by reviewing your systems, files and access arrangements. These may include Excel, SQL databases, SAP, CRM or other business applications. We confirm connection options and any limitations before agreeing the scope.
02Can you improve a dashboard we already have?
Yes. We can review its usability, data model, refresh process and the questions it needs to answer. We then agree which improvements are worth making and whether any parts need rebuilding.
03Do we need Power BI licences?
We review your existing licences and how people will create, access and share reports. Any additional licensing requirements or costs are identified before implementation.
04How long does a first project take?
It depends on the scope, data readiness and access to your systems. After our initial conversation, we propose milestones and a timeline, starting with a focused piece of work that you can review.
